Who is Duty Brew'd Coffee Company?

Duty Brew'd Coffee Company was founded by a former law enforcement officer with 27 years of service and a four-year Navy veteran. Our mission is to honor and support first responders, emergency dispatchers, medical, criminal justice professionals, court prosecutors, security personnel, and correctional officers. We are dedicated to providing high-quality coffee while giving back to the communities that keep us safe and secure. At Duty Brew'd, we believe in the power of a good cup of coffee to fuel those who serve and protect.

We proudly collaborate with Temecula Coffee Roasters, located in Temecula, California. Temecula Coffee Roasters offers 44 unique blends of coffee and teas sourced from various regions in Central and South America, as well as Africa. This partnership allows us to provide a diverse selection of high-quality, ethically sourced coffee that reflects our commitment to excellence and sustainability.

We currently offer 11 options from various regions in Central and South America, in addition to Africa. As Duty Brew'd grows, we'll be adding blends from the 44 coffee offerings Temecula Coffee Roasters provides. These offerings remain constant, 12oz, and 5lb sizes and all are available as Whole Bean, and Standard Ground. Single serve cups available in our most popular products.

The freshness of your coffee is important to us. Once your order is placed, we roast-to-order and ship within two to five days. If orders are placed on holidays or Thursday afternoon – Sunday night, please note, your order may not be roasted/filled until the following Tuesday. Additionally, Duty Brew'd offers free shipping on coffee products. However, shipping rates do apply on a merchandise.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for orders that are five pounds or less, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) for over five pounds. Once shipped, tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address on file.

Duty Brew'd appreciates your business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email dutybrewd547@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your order number, items that have an issue and reason. Apparel/merchandise are made to order items, and uniquely crafted exclusively for each individual customer. As a result, returns are not accepted on print to order products. Additionally, we do not accept returns on coffee for Food Safety reasons.
