Duty Brew'd Coffee Shipping
1. Delivery Time:
We understand that receiving your coffee beans in a timely manner is important. That's why we aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. During the checkout process, you can choose between standard shipping or expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping may incur additional charges.
3. Shipping Costs:
To make things simple, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. However, if you opt for expedited shipping, the cost will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Since products are only printed and brewed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
